Our Mission
At Odesa Peace Fund, we deliver medical and humanitarian supplies directly to hospitals, refugees and territorial defance units in Ukraine. We know the people that we help personally, we focus on understanding their specific needs and we strive to source and deliver supplies in the most efficient way.

Irina Sheynfeld and her late husband Vlad Portnoy established Odesa Peace Fund on day one of the Russian invasion in order to send much-needed resources to Ukraine, beginning with Odesa where both of them grew up.

Supporting the Hospitals Across Ukraine
We partnered with the Odesa-based charity group Dopomozhemo (Let's Help), which delivers food and humanitarian aid to hospitals, the bedridden, the elderly, and the refugees. Among their projects are the deliveries of StarLink for a children’s hospital, and of various vital supplies to a nursing home near Odesa.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we built a network of medical doctors in multiple Ukrainian cities - Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhja, Kremenchuk, Poltava, Lviv, Cherkasy - who give us precise information about their most pressing needs.

Odesa Peace Fund has direct connections to several territorial defence units in the East and the South of Ukraine. Since February 2022 we have delivered to them hundreds of the first aid kits, tourniquets, bandages, hemp static dressings and hemorrhage control devices. We are honored to help saving lives of the courageous Ukrainian defenders.

Providing Territorial Defence Units with Tactical Meds
Odesa Peace Fund is helping large low-income families in Kharkiv afford food. Some families lost their homes. Others, their jobs. Some parents of young children simply cannot wait in line overnight to receive Humanitarian Aid packages. We assist our donors in purchasing gift cards to the Ukrainian supermarket chain ATB. These cards go directly to their “adopted” families to help with the monthly food expenses.

We regularly organize concerts and exhibitions to raise funds. Ukrainian artists Vita Tzykun, Marina Korenfeld, Irina Sheynfeld, Jenny Tzykun, Dima Gorbachev, Eli Bezimansky, and Natasha Beshkovsky are contributing their works for sale to benefit our efforts on the ongoing basis. We are also generously supported by Ceres Gallery and Jewish Art Salon.
